<p>These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from it. SFBA / Sorry For Being Annoying is a trade name of Raven Design Studio LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.</p><h3>1. Orders</h3><p>When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed with a pricing error, an item becomes unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.</p><h3>2. Prices and payment</h3><p>Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.</p><h3>3. Products</h3><p>Every item is printed to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and print placement and size can vary a little from item to item. Size charts are given on each product page.</p><h3>4. Shipping, returns and refunds</h3><p>Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.</p><h3>5. Intellectual property</h3><p>All designs, artwork, text, photos and logos on this site belong to Raven Design Studio LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to its design.</p><h3>6. Acceptable use</h3><p>You agree not to misuse the site. That includes interfering with how it works, trying to get unauthorized access, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.</p><h3>7. Disclaimer</h3><p>The site and our products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.</p><h3>8. Limitation of liability</h3><p>To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.</p><h3>9. Governing law</h3><p>These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.</p><h3>10. Changes</h3><p>We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.</p><h3>11.
